Song Meanings

**-aLL In All It WaS All JuSt BrIcKs In ThE WaLL-**

Hello everyone, I'm the biggest Pink Floyd fan in Costa Rica, This thread is all about Pink Floyd's song meanings.

I think we should start the debate with the meaning of "THE WALL", what is it to you?

Some think it's the Berlin wall, but it's not likely, I preffer to think that it has something to do with artistic conseption of the world, that mostly everyone is trapped in a self-built wall that can't let you look outside what you believe. And each one in the society forms a brick in the "big" wall, the one that blocks everyone to see the truth.

Whats your opinion?

Re: Song Meanings

No it's about a brick wall that used to be outside of Roger's neighborhood. One day there were tigers outside the wall and Roger's daddy was going to fight them so he climbed the wall and the tigers ate him up.

Re: Song Meanings

hello frodox89
as axe told you please read the guidelines, and use the SEARCH button, i'm pretty sure you'll find 153 threads with that wall, or try just putting name littlerocker, cause that boy talked a lot about wall
and anyhoo, you could check other sites about wall understandings, liek meddle.org, and many others, or here, you'll see that folks are a bit tired of discussing the wall
