Division Bell / Numbers

I was glancing through the liner notes to my CD of The Division Bell tonight and I noticed the following:
on every two pages of the liner notes (corresponding to one song), there is the silhouette of a head like the one on the cover of the album, with text within in various languages. In the languages I can decypher, these seem to correspond to numbers. For example:

Cluster One : "Tres" - 3. Spanish.
What Do You Want From Me - "Five" - 5. English.
Keep Talking : "Dix Neuf" - 19. French
High Hopes : "Dvadtsat dva" - 22. Russian. <- Also, apologies for the crappy cryllic to english approximation

Can anyone fill me in on the rest of the numbers, and/or their significance?

OH MY GOD I AM A MORON

I just realized that this morning. Sleep can work wonders.

To be fair, the cover of the booklet is counted as page #1, which probably played a part in throwing me off from the obvious solution.
As did my (oh god I will never have a girlfriend) minoring in math.

I would still, though, be interested in learning what languages are there.

Here goes:

otto - 8 Italian
elf - 11 German
jyusan - 13 not sure but nearest I found was shi san (Cantonese) so maybe one of the other Chinese or related languages

kumi na tano - 15 Swahili

Not a clue about the others
