[in responce to axe victim] indeed it has kept me problem free and has picked up things that the microsoft version hasnt. and zonealarm is a great program as well. at first you may think it a bother, but trust me nothing gets internet access without you knowing while running it

I find that simply ignoring their existence works best for me.

Great point - I also use ZoneAlarm Pro. Love it. Spybot is good too Axie. No offense to the Microsoft peeps but I think they have lost their edge on the antispying software.

And Steechy if the telemarketers are bothering you, in the US of A google "Do Not Call" and follow the instructions to add your land line AND your cell line to the do not call registry. Pass it on.

HMMM wonder if anyone ever considered a "Call List" rather than "Do Not Call" ? That way you could let people know that you are lonely and will take any phone calls you can.
