Smile Hello

Hi, I,am new to this site but it seems interesting. Now that David Gillmore has stated no more Pink Floyd it seems best to talk about past experiences with the band music and shows attended in Big D. One of the best shows was in Fort Worth the tour was in 1977 and the album played was "Animals". "The Dark Side of The Moon" was also played at Forth Worth and was a good performance. "Animals" was special because of the patrons to the show. They were second generation Pink Floyd fans and had taken all the essential ingrediance before the show and during the performance. The different balloons floating around the music hall added to the carvinal type atmosphere. The Pig and Sheep reminded you of what the theme for the evening was about and that you were also one of the animal charcters.

Re: Hello

Hi clarkrkrkrk!

Good to see you here.

The 77 tour was certainly one of the best and most historical. I'm envious as hell that you got to see one of those shows and I never did.
