Thumbs up Blood, Sweat & Tears

I recently stumbled upon my old copy of "Child Is Father To The Man".

Nearly every song is awesome. Since then, I've been going through BS&T II, III and IV.

I still can't seem to get enough of their first album though. Jazz-rock - whadda concept

Opinions ?

Re: Blood, Sweat & Tears

that would be one of my favorite albums. the freaky album-art alone is worth the ownership. I originally bought the album just because a certain "Al Kooper", who had performed with Dylan, Mike Bloomfield and on Stephen Stills "Super Sessions", was the creator of BS & T. there is not another album like it and it was pretty outside the lines especially for it's time (1968).

Rocker and genius, Al Kooper, is still, like Gilmour, producing and performing. he has been affiliated with more notable artists than anyone in the music business. his story is awesome. Check out Al Koopers site. You might find a lot of his other stuff to your taste.
