Google Earth See Gilmours house or My House

Google Earth is amazing! I am obsessed with maps. It's so detailed. You can see the earth from outer space and zoom in all the way to the house you grew up in. I seriously felt choked up when I saw the park I used to play in and the church where my parents used to take me. try it its a free application

oh no I play around on it all the time, it's a great time killer. I find it ironic how fascinated I am by looking at a place I go to everyday on a map Ie. my house, work, store..beats me I think its dank

thats running on quite the delay though with the time taken to send all the satalite pictures to and fro. you are looking at the past. that means that goole earth is a *drumroll* time machine

I looked at my neighborhood, and from the best I can tell, the images are about 4 years old, judging from construction in the area, etc.

That's what I came up with. Around 4 years.

yeah 4 years or more. Because on the satellite image of my house, there's still a pool in the backyard. We got rid of the pool in 2002.

Actually, my area is not even in detail on the damned thing. Google Earth google sucks.
