Word of advice about glastonbury. The tickets usually go on sale 1st April (no foolin) and this year they're expected to sell like the proverbial hot cakes.

The line up isn't officialy confirmed by the organisors till shortly before the fest (again, *usually*) so this year it's quite probable that that will be long after the tickets have sold out.

Well, unless I get absolute confirmation that Roger, et al, will appear, no way am I going to risk buying a ticket.

So by the time the rumour is confirmed or disproved, all the tickets may well have been sold.

Hey ho, I still have tickets for his official show at Wembley. Yippee!!!

Hi all

It's me again !

I'm woth Byron on this one, the though of suffering Glastonbury's ghastly toilet facilities and 3 sleepness nights for anything less than Roger Waters does not appeal !

Pink Pig is obviously getting old...

Rog at Glastonbury would be great, really show the great unwashed (literally) what first class rock is about.

Cheers

Simon

Just thought I'd update everyone...

Yes he did play at Glastonbury but the performance was PATHETIC. The vocal was weak and the guitar solo soooooo disappointing. There was no passion there at all and I felt so cross I had stayed up for nothing.

What did everyone else think, anyway?

Have to agree, I thought the performance was very disapointing, they all seemed bored stiff and Roger came across as just one of the sidemen lending weight to the opinion that Roger's band is just a Floyd tribute band that happens to feature the original bass player !!

They did remind me of a tribute band now you mention it. I also thought Rog was a bit of a peacock, trying to strut his stuff but failing miserably.

I have wings!!!
