First of I'm pretty sure the cell phone thing was a joke. Secondly, PinkMonkey had it right. The only way you are going to get anything signed by Gilmour is through ebay. Finding good items from a reputible dealer takes time, but since you have so long to do it, it really shouldnt be a problem. Also, things like backstage passes and arrangments for meeting with certain celebrities can sometimes be purchased on ebay (usually sold for charity) also, but even if something with Gilmour arises, be prepared to pay thousands of dollars for it.
