"10,000Hz Legend" is total and utter 80's pop guff. The first album's alright in a wallpaper-y fashion, but The Virgin Suicides and especially Premier Symptomes are the sound of sex in the 1970's (ask Byron). I went to see them at the end of last year in Glasgow and was somewhat disappointed(along with the rest of the crowd) to find that they were pushing the skinny tie power pop of the early 80's, as opposed to the lovely 'carpet of bass' easy listening/1970's sexual sounds of the first album, etc. Cheers, Mark

But "Blah Blah Blah" is so much more FUN! That, and I couldn't immediately recall the rest of the album name. Laziness is my mantra.

Bought Premier Symptomes and Virgin Suicides OST again recently. Had forgotten just how great... If you're feeling DVD minded, get 'Eating waiting sleeping playing'- it's a documentary by Mike Mills and also features 4 of their videos, one of which is probably the most romantic 4.5 minutes (featuring dirty dishes) to accompany a pop song you'll see Magic.
