If You See This Person Lurking Around..RUN!!!

Acc. to local Indecent Police;there are several persons loose;from Arkham asylum.They are known to tear their clothes off in public and will pester the passer byes to rub the "???" and backs!!! Also they can be identified by the gloops of Ben&Jeryy's Skunk Delight flavoured Iceream dripping from their chin...
