Thanks for the Piper Syd it will always be special to me. We all wish you were still here. Shine on you painter....Forever.

The Guardian has changed the story and is now reporting that Syd has died of cancer. I have no idea what kind of confusion that must be due to.

I heard about Syd at work, friend of mine gave me the news and I have to say I was speechless. Last nite I was listening to Piper.
