Huh???

I'm referring to your comment about the person who listens to a Pink Floyd song every day.

Wow...miscommunications...

you want to hear something really embarressing? ok, when i was young, i used to get pink floyd and neil young mixed up. i know, i know, theres like no similarities, but my dad is into both and i guess when he would play the records when i was little he might have played floyd right after young or the other way around and i just subconciously connected them. i still do that, like when two bands release an album at the same time, i connect sugar ray with smashmouth. dont ask, im weird.

Actually, that makes perfect sense; don't worry about it.

First time I actually thought of Floyd was when they released ITAOT Live and I was in this musicstore,I looked at the cover for a long time and there was something that got me hooked,I knew Pink Floyd already but I don't know how I knew PF. Well, weeks later my big brother downloaded CN and WYWH since my mother requested for them. Now,thats when I was really hooked. This all is pretty off the subject, but I'll get to the point. My big brother told me about Pulse, and the legendary LED lights on the album,I heard CN live, was hooked on the 4+ minute solo straight away. Now this is all a basis to what I did b4 I knew PF well.I thought Roger Waters was with Pink Floyd on Delicate Sound Of Thunder and AMLoR. My big borther told legendary stories of Roger Waters being the MAD,CRAZY songwriter of PF,and usage of drugs (?).He downloaded Pigs 3DO,and I knew why he is said to be crazy. But those were just the early times, then I got to know Pink Floyd, but the only thing I got wrong was indeed that RW would have been on DSoT and AMLoR.

Sleepy?

I did not have a clue who they were. I think I thought they were just another new wannabe group. I have to say though that the Wall was brilliant and reminded of someone for some reason...

I thought they were Led Zeppelin and that they did a really awesome job on that "4" album... also wondered what the hell the Dark Side of the Moon was - at first I thought it was some cultish music only really strange people listened to. Ha. After I saw the Wall-Live album cover, I decided they were not Led Zeppelin after all, and had to be that band... KISS... you know, the ones with the weird make-up and masks. How utterly ridiculous of me.
