This is going to turn ugly.

Our American brethren might not know what a "wicket" is...they're strange people remember

Banjos and all that.

The message was designed specifically to exclude the inhabitants of former colonies. After all, it might offend their highly developed sense of piety

Depends on what kind of bait you use, Poita.

Besides, I am the proud owner of a digeri-whatsit. It sounds shite, sort of like a vacuum-cleaner that has sucked up a coin, but any instrument that doubles as an effective hand-to-hand combat weapon is OK with me.

Not really. Anything about the USA and the "Bride of a Bull" fish will bite.

Hours of fun.

Interesting.

I'd be very surprised if anyone in the universe is as bored as me right now.

I have composed a haiku;

My desk like a stone,
My computers like shackles,
Drag me to despair.

So you bought a jersey that wasn't so moth-eaten then?

I too have a positive feeling about this little enterprise, and will be going to purchase my "faggy English threads" this afternoon. I assume that, if I leave work at 1500hrs, we should be at the Mercantile by 1700hrs, just in time to beat the post-work crowd.

The plan is good.

All hail the plan

You wish you were Irish...admit it.

Yeah I'll probably drive in around lunch time and do...stuff.

Pool-table green has never been my colour dude - clashes with my eyes and sence of national superiority.

Stuff eh? Sounds intriguing. I suppose I will meet you at the Molloy Bros. premises around 1630hrs?

I guess the "sense of national superiority" counters the fact that no-one likes England. Head in the sand style.

Going to go to the shops I think...I promised folk around here that I'd buy Obscured By Clouds (early Floyd album)...and I might have a wee look around the shops for other impulse purchase opportunities.

1430 sounds disco.

It takes real talent to score 0 votes in the Eurovision Song Contest, even Romania managed one or two sympathy points. Those European bastards are still annoyed about coming second in so many wars if you ask me.

Well, have a nice day of impulse purchasing. If you happen to "impulse purchase" a decent jersey, I'm sure you will be much the better for it

See you at 1630.

I've alreay got a decent Jersey.

Scored me a Japanese girlfriend and multiple opportunities from ugly hens-night goers the last time I wore it out.
