Re: What song or who got you into PF

Yes, we are talked about the person who turned us on to PF.

The song that got me to PF was Comfortably Numb.

ahem. It's, uh, Botley.

I probably said this somewhere before, Time was my first Floyd experience, but The Wall movie was what got me into them.

Re: Who (or what) turned you on to Pink Floyd?

When I was in high school, my best mate's dad used to buy him the best stereo equipment in town. One night in '85, when a mob of us were all well blistered on skunk, he threw The Wall on, and that was it.

His name was Michael Smart. How apt.

Cool Re: Who (or what) turned you on to Pink Floyd?

If I were to hazard a guess, I'd say that it was probably my older brother. Most of the Pink Floyd cds I own in fact are hand-me-downs from him. But I'm certainly glad that I have them

Talking Re: Who (or what) turned you on to Pink Floyd?

I remember listening to them when I was little. Then some lady gave my sister The Wall, so, of course, I stole it. I listened to that album 24/7. Then, my dad took me to a laser show somewhere in Ohio, and It was AMAZING, I've been obsessed ever since. THANK YOU DAD!!
