I have to agree with Fixxlevy about his sound later on. Roger puts more emphasis on the lyrics than the music; it's not a bad thing, that's just how his music is. Look at DSOTM, it is the least "dry" album Floyd ever did, because much of the music was written by Rick and Dave.

Don't get me wrong, Rog has written some great music over the years, but after the Wall he seemed to make his work almost completely about the words.

ALright, i didnt say everything that was behind it when i made my "simple" statement. I was expressing briefly that it is usual that people that love the wall and animals, are more of a ROger WAters/WAter era floyd fan. And that is not Pink FLoyd, Pink FLoyd was the SYd Era, The POST syd-era, The Darkside Era, The WAters ERa, and the Post waters-era.

All im saying is that, if you don't like the post waters-era, u are most likely to like the WAters era more then all the others. Ones who like the earlier floyd are probably less likely to be opposed to post waters floyd then Fans of the waters era.

Floyd Fans are fans of the entire package, maybe have preferences but still not make the statement that is this Thread.
