Worst Film/Movie ever

I have just watched Hannibal. Nuff said.

What are your least favourite films? Why are these your least favourite? Is there a paticular actor/ess that ruins a film for you?

Dicuss before I get merged.

P.S. Sorry MODS I am sure I have seen this thread before but I searched for both Film and Movie and couldn't find it.

Oh and while I'm here is there are sex poll? As in which you are male or female... again I searched but could not find I think 1 DDT a night s enough though.

Well, this thread is much more focused, whereas the other is a two-pronged general open-ended question. So, if I were a mod, I'd say let it stand.

As far as the question -- I'll have to think about it. I have so many candidates it'll take awhile to pare it down.

Well, I'm gonna agree with strat. The other thread is similar, but this one lets me say that Plan 9 was the worst movie ever, and encourages mockery.

It also invites me to offer that I just love awful movies.

The Avenger's was such a great show and what a piss poor movie that was out a few years ago.And Uma Thurman was in it and I like her but that still didn't save that week effort.

Also
Heat: I fell asleep during it in the movie theater for what seemed a lifetime and woke up to find the movie wasn't even half over

I still want to see Plan 9 really bad. Even though Plan 9 is recognized everywhere as the worst movie ever made, the worst grossing movie ever (as far as I know) was Pluto Nash, I don't even think it broke even.

Plan 9 was so bad it was, well, good. At least for laughs.

Rob, I'm guessing you're a MST3000 fan. Like me.

I had to give it up - I'm the only one who gets to talk over the movie, dammit!

Re: Worst Film/Movie ever (I am sure this is a DDT but I have searched and can't find it)

for me, the worst movie i have ever seen has to be "parents" 1989, staring randy quaid. i can't even tell you what the plot is. he's a murdering parent or something. but, what's really bad about this film is, i rented it once. i read the box, sounded interesting, watched it, and it was just so stupid. THEN, maybe 6 or 8 months later, I RENTED IT AGAIN!!! it was so bad, that i had forgot i even watched it. after about 10 minutes into this piece of crap, i said to my wife, "we rented this before, i remember it now, what a piece of sh!t. "

Re: Worst Film/Movie ever (I am sure this is a DDT but I have searched and can't find

Whilst it's not the worst movie in the world, Paul Schrader's take on the Exorcist prequel is far below what I would have expected from the writer of Taxi Driver and Raging Bull or the man who directed Affliction.

There will always be a special place in my dustbin for the Phantom Menace, though.

Re: Worst Film/Movie ever (I am sure this is a DDT but I have searched and can't find it)

Yeeeey my thread stands!

Anything with Jennifer Lopez in it. I watched "Montser In Law" the other day, I like a nice "switch your brain" off romantic comedy and Jane Fonda was very funny but Jennifer ruined it for me completely. That and the fact that the ended seemed like something the writers had come up with on there fag break.
