I don't know what TC did that was so bad. Sure, he's a little zany, and has shown up with a dozen different usernames, but so has OG and Joey.

If Joey was allowed to come back and stay, I don' t see why the obviously contrite and repentant TC can't.

I believe what he did was conducted in PM's.
