Shane, You oughta download "Jonny Foo: Ninja Chiropractor" and "Annabel Lee" by Pollo Del Mar. Good Neo surf, drenched with reverb (and it also goes along with the E A Poe stuff in that other thread!)

My favorite non-pf instrumental is defenately:
TESTAMENT - Musical Death (A Dirge)
I hope that everyone will download this song because it's very emotional, yet simple. Tell me your opinion once you've heard it. I actually think some of you will like it, it has good acoustic parts and it survives all the way through the wonderfulk 4 minutes of haven. Get it now!

I like A Day Without Rain by Enya, really powerful piano with all the strings... it's heavenly.

Its good but my favourite non-pf instrumental is The Call of the Ktulu by Metallica. Check out the one with the 100 piece orchestra, on S&M.

Btw, my favourite Pink Floyd instumental is One of these Days.(I know it has one sentence of lyrics but its still really an instrumental.)

Love SRV's version of "Little Wing"--great song!

After seeing "Jimmy Thackery and the Drivers" live recently, would like to put "Sinner Street" on the 'great instrumentals' list. It's 'surfabilly blues' with a a heavy dose of Stratocaster/Saxophone meltdown.

Oh, yeah, and didn't "Duane Eddy and the Rebel Rousers" have some cool instrumentals? Loads of reverb. I know that's going back a ways, but probably not much further back than the "Ventures".
