I can't pick out just one, Dave just too great of a guitar player, but my favorites are Dark side, with time(my 2nd fave guitar solo ever) and money, which is a really cool solo, and of course the great any colour you like. The wall also ranks up there with CN(my favorite solo) mother, hey you. Animals is awesome too, dogs is full of tight solos, and the pigs solo blows me away.

My favorite would have to be the second solo in Dogs. This is the distorted one that follows the first twin/harmonic solo. I concur, Pigs 3DO is a great solo, which is next on my list. Then there is a Have A Cigar, which IMO, is Gilmour's best solo.(but not my fav.) Then there are those intense fill solos in the Thin Ice! Oooooohhhh....Short but Sweet! One of my Turns.......to whip out a sweet solo!!!

Okay, I'm getting caried away.

And one more.........the twin solo in The Final Cut.

CN is a good pick, of course.

But this is me when I hear "Marooned":

It sounds so alive to me...like a person in tears, who cries pain through his instrument that he cannot otherwise articulate. That may be WAY off, but that's how I feel about it.

Speaking of crying...

Jeff Beck's soloing in The Ballad of Bill Hubbard makes me want to cry. That's what I loved about ATD. All of the solos on there just screamed and cryed with so much emotion.

Wish You Were Here.

Syd's Theme + WYWH acoustic intro = beauty.

I do think that Jeff Beck is the best non-Floydian guitarist Mr. Waters has ever worked with. What about the part at the end of "It's a Miracle"? That's the part that got ME in tears...

The Piper At The Gates Of Dawn.
Oh no no no, wait.
Mainly DSOTM, because it has got nice solos from beginning to end.
CN is the "other" great solo.
