Deep Thinking

I've been doing a lot of thinking lately and realizing a lot of things about our dilemma as humans and how we can all relate because we have that in common...but we refuse to relate!

We've been friends with the sun
Since it shone it's first light
But we're strangers
You can't find in each others' minds

There's a chance to rearrange the space
We grow and make the same mistakes
Planting seeds and chasing change in stages

To look inside your eyes
And see the back of your mind
Gears I'd find were winding just like mine

It would be success!
It would be the greatest dream achieved!
To catch two stars in our collective pocket

Hairy arms and lanky ankles
This animal makes me feel unstable
He shakes his head and spreads his legs
And never sheds a tear
He's been like this for years
