I'm a foreign student from Spain and i don't get the meaning of

"9 - See-Saw-Seen (A Song for Foreign Students)

but all the tracks are very funny.

My congratulations for such an imagination.

See Saw is a PF song and pinkan added the world seen, like the verb conjugation "To See" for the foreign students learn this verb conjugation.
