Being that he's being interviewed for 'Classic Albums: Nevermind by Nirvana' and appeared on the cover as a baby, I'm pretty sure that even subliminally, he'll be aware of the fact that there was a band called Nirvana, who's Nevermind album cover he appeared on (as a baby).
