finally got off from work, i'm from El Paso,Texas. I'm in the aircraft fueling services so i have alot of spare time to listen to good music but there is nothing that a good Animals album song can lift up your spirits and forget about all the shit around us. For that I'm thankful. Anyhow it is just great to finally get to chat with some real PINK FLOYD fans, so i'll try to post alot and get to know as many fans as i can.

Hello josemar7, welcome to the site! Good old terminalfrost is a splendid chap and epitomises everything good about the site, as he rightly said, a superior moderator will be along shortly....in the meantime you will have to make do with me...a grumpy old moderator and in no way superior! There is bags of info on all things Floydian and many other subjects to boot. As 'tf' said a quick chug on the search engine will show the depths that are plunged.
Anyhoo...have a read at the rules and guidelines, play nice, have fun and get posting. Any problems just give a holler and someone will help.

thanks to all for the welcoming greetings, it is just a humble experience to be here. I've been a floyd fan since the mid 70's, hell i didn't even spoke one word in english but i knew it sounded good. We have some FLOYD fans here in el paso, but i don't think nobody is as fanatical about them as i am. In no way, shape or form do i consider myself better than anybody when it comes to be more knowlegeable about this subject but i do love my PINK FLOYD and i as grow older PINK FLOYD music is like wine, it just gets better. Again, thanks again for the welcome and god bless us all. No i'm not religious.

We love knowledgable fans around here. As you peruse the boards, you'll find that a certain young man named Botley has cornered the market on Pink Floyd knowledge. If you're ever in a jam to find something obscure out about the band, he would know (and it might already be covered in a thread). There's also a lad from the Isles...some call him fixxlevy, others call him Marko - pretty good with the PF trivia.

And don't let Axe victim's modesty fool you...he is the glue that holds these boards together (along with our creator, Paulo). If ever you need a smile, search on his posts!

glue ..eh..hmmmm..... he's gummy,has an unusual aroma, you are stuck with him, and no matter how much you try.... he's difficult to shake off, comes in a round rescepticle........yup...sounds like me
