Re: Today's Top Searches

I still check the site daily, although I rarely post anymore and rarely ever read posts unless they are written by someone I know to produce fairly quality material. I really only come to check in on some of you folks I've spoken to for nearly four years, now.

I love how many "this site is dead" threads there are. And then all the classics come in and say "i can't be arsed". Who cares? It is what it is.

Well, making the 17 year old know-it-all cry just isn't fun anymore, especially when there really aren't all that many 17 year old know-it-alls left.

Christ I've been here off and on for 6 years, I doubt, besides the fact that I always cry that I can't make posts anymore, that I'll ever really give it up completely.

We've grown up. I'm 18. By now I really DO know it all.
I think Anuerysm is still in that 16-17 year area. Let's pick on him!

Naw naw, Anuerysm's cool. Whatever happened to littlerocker10?

You can make me cry if you like, I often get mistaken for 17.

I am a bit partial to these fellas I saw on the Ed Sullivan show. What were they called?... The Beetles, yeah, that's it.

I'm not proclaiming the site dead, and I'm not attempting to encourage folks not to post. All I'm saying is that I remember a time (Christ, five years ago?) when if I didn't check the board every hour of my waking life, I'd be completely lost in the 30-odd conversations going on simultaneously. Now I almost always see:

Sorry, there are no new threads to view.

You may search for threads updated during the previous 24 hours, here.
or else three or four active threads, all of which are about which music/food/movie people are currently engaging with. And I agree: It is what it is. What I'm saying is that what it is is different from what it used to be, and what it used to be was wild.
